Buying from Brick Life
These terms cover instruction manuals and blueprints bought on www.brick-life.com. Please read them before you pay.
Who you’re buying from
Brick Life is run by Jabrik & Floon Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 09067594. Our registered office is shown on Companies House. Email hello@brick-life.com.
What you’re buying
- An instruction manual is a printable PDF for one build: a cover with the name you choose, a list of every part and one page per step. It does not include bricks. We don’t sell or send bricks.
- Blueprints add extra builds to a Brick card. One blueprint designs one build. They stay on the card while it’s in use and can’t be exchanged for money.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to buy. Children can ask for a manual or blueprints from their Brick card, but only a grown-up can pay, using their own email and card.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds and include VAT where it applies. Manuals are priced by the size of the build, shown before you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Getting what you bought
Your manual is ready as soon as you’ve paid. You’ll get a link to open it, save it as a PDF or print it. Keep the link: it’s how you come back to your manual. Blueprints are added to the Brick card straight away.
Cancelling
Because manuals and blueprints are digital and delivered straight away, you agree when you pay that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once your manual is opened or your blueprints are added.
If something’s wrong
If a manual doesn’t open, is missing pages or doesn’t match the build you bought, email us and we’ll fix it or refund you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
Brick Life designs are made by a computer and checked for real parts and a model that holds together, but they aren’t official sets. Small parts are a choking hazard: building is for children over three with a grown-up nearby.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
